What happens after submission?

Application received: ACH receives the structured B2B enquiry in the store contact queue.
Qualification: the sales team scores expected volume, project fit, urgency, delivery footprint and commercial potential.
Verification: company identity, registration/VAT information and requested commercial terms are reviewed.
Approval queue: the application remains pending until a human approval decision is recorded.
Approved: once the store has the required Shopify B2B capability, ACH creates/links the Shopify B2B company, primary contact/customer and company location, then assigns approved commercial terms.
Commercial setup: pricing tier, minimum quantities, catalogue access and approved payment terms are configured where applicable.
Quote: the account moves into bulk quoting, sales follow-up and Draft Order/payment workflows.

Shopify B2B account layer

Shopify's B2B model uses a company with contacts and locations; approved contacts can purchase for their company and company locations can carry B2B-specific catalogues, pricing and payment terms. ACH's structured application and account records are designed to feed that model once the store is on a plan with B2B capabilities.

Payment terms and credit are never granted merely because an applicant selected them on this form. They require separate ACH approval.
