See your Shopify order history and commercial record. Order events remain the source of truth for what was purchased.
Container Passport
When an order has been assigned to a physical container or completed build, ACH creates or links a Container Passport. The Passport can contain the unit ID, serial number, size, condition, build specification, inspection, delivery, handover, photographs and documents.
Container history
Important operational events are retained as timestamped history records. This can include order confirmation, build/production milestones, inspection, delivery, handover and later service events.
Build specification
Your approved specification is preserved separately from marketing copy so that the customer record reflects the agreed project scope, modifications and finish.
Delivery
Delivery information can include the approved site address, delivery zone, site requirements, delivery reference, carrier/driver information and delivery date.
Handover
After delivery, the handover record can capture the handover date and time, recipient, notes and supporting documents.
Documents
Your authenticated portal can expose customer-authorised documents such as the Passport PDF, inspection/certificate documents and approved project records.
Privacy and access
Passport and operational records are customer-specific. The production customer-account integration must enforce ownership so a customer can only retrieve records associated with their own customer/account and orders.
