Your ACH Digital Quote
A Digital Quote is the formal project-specific pricing step after we understand your container, build scope and delivery requirements. It replaces guesswork with one clear record of what is included, what is excluded and what happens next.
How the ACH quote workflow works
- Enquiry received — your Build Your Container or Delivery Quote enquiry enters the ACH sales process.
- Qualification — we review the brief, container requirements, site/access information, timing and budget where provided.
- Scope confirmed — we clarify the container, conversion work, upgrades, transport assumptions and exclusions.
- Digital Quote issued — the quote records the scope, pricing, delivery estimate where applicable, validity, deposit/payment requirements and assumptions.
- Customer review — you can ask questions or request a revision before approving.
- Approval — approval records the accepted quote and prepares the project/order for the next commercial step.
- Order / deposit — the approved scope moves into the appropriate Shopify draft order or order workflow.
- Production & delivery — the project progresses through build, QA and delivery, with the customer able to follow the relevant status through My ACH.
What your Digital Quote contains
- Quote number and revision
- Agreed project/container scope
- Item and conversion pricing
- Delivery estimate where assessed
- Transport assumptions and access requirements
- Exclusions and site responsibilities
- Quote validity date
- Deposit/payment requirements
- Terms and approval record
One sales record from enquiry to order
ACH now treats Build Your Container, Delivery Quote, Digital Quote and the resulting Shopify order as stages of the same sales journey. This reduces duplicate conversations and gives the team one place to track the next action.
Need to change the scope?
Do not start a second unrelated enquiry if the project already has an ACH quote. Ask for a revision and reference the existing quote number so the team can preserve the history.
Important
A website calculator or starting price is for early planning only. A Digital Quote is the project-specific commercial document. Delivery remains site-dependent and may be subject to the assumptions and exclusions stated in the quote.
