ACH Digital Quotes
ACH Digital Quotes turn an agreed container or project scope into a clear commercial record before payment or production.
Our quote process
- Enquiry received — ACH captures the customer, project, site and delivery information.
- Assessment — product/build scope, delivery zone, site access, transport assumptions and offload requirements are reviewed.
- Digital Quote created — the quote records scope, pricing, delivery estimate, exclusions, validity and deposit/payment requirements.
- Customer approval — the customer confirms that the scope and assumptions are correct.
- Draft Order — ACH creates a Shopify Draft Order containing the agreed commercial items and any approved delivery/installation charges.
- Payment / deposit — the customer receives the secure payment or invoice/checkout route specified by ACH.
- Order — after the required payment condition is satisfied, the Draft Order becomes the Shopify order.
- Production / fulfilment — the project moves into preparation and delivery scheduling.

Delivery → Quote → Order
Delivery is quoted separately according to the actual site/location. Once the delivery assessment is complete, the confirmed delivery amount can be recorded in the Digital Quote. When the customer approves the full scope, ACH can create the Draft Order and send the customer the secure payment route.
Deposit principle
Where a project requires a deposit, the Digital Quote states the required deposit amount and the applicable payment condition. Production should not be treated as confirmed merely because a quote was viewed; the agreed approval and payment condition must be satisfied.
Quote storage
ACH stores structured Digital Quote records in Shopify so the commercial history can be linked to the customer and eventual order. Customer-facing access to private quote records is exposed only through authenticated account functionality or a secure integration; public pages never expose another customer's information.
