Returns & Refunds

African Containers Hub Pty Ltd supplies standard and customised container products. Returns, cancellations and refunds depend on the product, order status, work already performed and applicable South African law.

Standard products

Cancellation and return requests are assessed under applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction. Large containers require specialist return arrangements and cannot necessarily be returned by ordinary courier.

Used containers

Used containers may have dents, scratches, repairs, paint variation or surface corrosion. These characteristics do not automatically constitute a defect, subject to applicable statutory rights.

Custom builds

Custom builds may involve procurement, materials, fabrication and labour. After approval and commencement of procurement or production, changes or cancellation may result in lawfully recoverable costs. The applicable quotation and Custom Build Terms will apply.

Defects, damage or incorrect products

Notify ACH promptly and provide photographs, videos and your order or quote number. ACH may inspect the product before determining the appropriate remedy. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally processed through the original payment method where reasonably possible. Bank and payment-provider processing times can vary.
