These terms govern use of the African Containers Hub online store and related services operated by African Containers Hub Pty Ltd in South Africa.

Products and services

ACH supplies new and used shipping containers, storage containers, offices, workshops, food and beverage units, ablution facilities, customised and converted containers, accessories and quoted delivery, positioning and related project services.

Prices and quotations

Website prices are generally in South African Rand. Delivery is site-specific and is normally quoted separately. A quotation records the agreed scope, price, assumptions, exclusions, payment conditions and validity period. An enquiry or quote view is not itself an order.

Orders and payment

An order becomes confirmed when the applicable acceptance and payment conditions have been satisfied. Customers must use authorised payment methods. ACH may independently verify payment.

Custom builds

Custom builds may involve procurement, design, fabrication and labour. Customers must review the final specification. Changes after approval may affect price and timing. Cancellation after procurement or production may have consequences stated in the quotation and Custom Build Terms, subject to law.

Delivery

Customers must provide accurate site information and obtain required site permissions. Delivery may be rescheduled or refused where safe access is not possible. Delivery does not automatically include foundations, civil works, permits, crane hire or permanent installation unless expressly included.

Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by the applicable ACH Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy, transaction terms and South African law.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the ACH Privacy Policy and applicable law.
