ACH Container Passport
The ACH Container Passport is the long-term digital identity record for a specific container or completed container build. It is created from the confirmed order and maintained through production, inspection, delivery and handover.
What the Passport contains
- Container ID and serial number
- Size, condition grade and build type
- Build specification and approved modifications
- Inspection information and QA notes
- Delivery address, delivery zone and delivery reference
- Handover date, recipient and handover notes
- Approved photographs and supporting documents
- Container history and service events
Customer access
Eligible customers access their Passport through the secure ACH customer account/portal. Passport records are linked to the customer's Shopify account and the originating order. Access must be authenticated; Passport records are not intended to be exposed publicly.
Passport PDF
A generated Passport PDF can be attached to the Passport record once the document-generation service is connected. The PDF should contain the same verified information as the digital record and a unique Passport number.
Documents
Supporting documents may include inspection certificates, approved build specifications, delivery/handover documents and other customer-authorised project records.
History
Operational history is recorded as timestamped ACH Container History events so the record can grow with the container instead of being overwritten.
