The Festival Vault Container Bar & Cool Room
The Festival Vault Container Bar & Cool Room
A portable, secure and fully equipped container bar with an integrated commercial cool room — built for events, festivals and businesses.
Need a bar that can travel with your business?
The Festival Vault Container Bar & Cool Room is designed for businesses, event companies, hospitality operators and festival organisers who need a robust, secure and portable bar solution.
Built from a New Build 20ft High Cube Shipping Container, this custom-designed unit combines a fully equipped bar with an integrated cool room, providing a practical solution for keeping beer kegs, bottled drinks and other beverages chilled while operating at events and venues.
The container can be transported to different locations and securely closed when not in use, while opening quickly and efficiently when it’s time to trade.
Built for Events, Festivals & Mobile Hospitality
A container bar is ideal for operators who need a facility that can be moved between different locations.
The Festival Vault can be used for:
- Music Festivals
- Sporting Events
- Food & Beverage Festivals
- Outdoor Events
- Markets
- Concerts
- Private Functions
- Weddings
- Corporate Events
- Hospitality Venues
- Entertainment Precincts
- Mobile Bar Businesses
- Permanent Bar Installations
Its robust steel construction provides security when the unit is closed, while the serving side can be opened up to create a professional trading environment.
Integrated Cool Room
One of the key features of the Festival Vault is its internal commercial cool room.
The cool room is designed to store multiple beer kegs and pre-packaged beverages at the required temperature during events.
The cool room includes:
- 100mm Cool Room Insulation Panels to walls, ceiling and floor
- Checker Plate Flooring
- Butcher’s Door installed behind container doors
- 1 × 100 Watt Light
- 1 × Condensing Unit
- 1 × Evaporator
- Frigbot Remote Control System
- Safety Alarm System
The checker plate floor is designed to withstand the constant loading and unloading of heavy beer kegs.
The refrigeration condenser can be mounted externally on the container roof, providing easier access for maintenance while keeping the refrigeration equipment outside the cool room.
A safety alarm system can also alert operators if someone becomes locked inside the cool room.
Beer Tap System
The container can be configured with a beer dispensing system connected directly to kegs stored inside the cool room.
The beer tap system can be installed through the central partition wall, allowing chilled beverages to be dispensed directly from the refrigerated keg storage area.
This creates a practical setup for high-volume beverage service at festivals and events.
Bar Area
The bar side of the container provides a professional serving and preparation area featuring:
- Large customer serving window
- Gas-strut awning
- Stainless steel preparation benches
- Upright beverage display fridge
- Stainless steel sink
- Ice wells
- Storage and preparation areas
- Electrical fitout
The layout can be customised depending on the type of drinks being served and the expected volume of customers.

Secure When You’re Closed
The Festival Vault has been designed with security and convenience in mind.
When the event is finished, the container can be closed and secured, protecting the bar equipment and refrigeration system until the next trading period.
When the next event arrives, the unit can be opened, connected to the required services and prepared for trading.
This makes it particularly suitable for operators who need a reusable bar facility rather than constructing a new temporary structure for every event.
